Important Update for Our Community About Our Response

As COVID-19 continues to effect New York City the Ludlow remains open and leasing available units but has made several changes to our amenities and operations to help slow the spread of the virus and support our resident’s safety. We will continue to monitor state and local guidelines, along with those from the CDC, and modify our procedures as the situation evolves.


  • A new air purification system (AtmosAir DBD Tube Air Purification System) has been installed. This system uses bi-polar air ionization technology to remove airborne viruses as well as other airborne contaminants and improve overall air quality from the common areas of the building.
  • Touch-free sanitizing stations are available in shared areas of the building, and other touch free items such as soap dispensers and garbage cans have been positioned throughout the building.
  • The frequency of cleaning /sanitizing in all common areas has been increased following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • Employees are required to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment.
  • All visitors (including but not limited to guests, professional vendors, movers, etc.) will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and will be required to comply with social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
  • When using the elevator, please be mindful of social distancing and wait for the next car if a maximum safe occupancy has already been reached.


  • Individual apartments have their own independent air system units that do not impact air circulation with other areas of the building. Those units have been inspected by a licensed HVAC vendor. Filters are replaced as necessary.
  • Rooftop Terrace seating has been reduced to accommodate social distancing, please follow posted guidelines. Also, guests are not permitted in these shared spaces at this time.
  • Our Resident Lounge and Fitness Center remain closed until further notice.
  • A food delivery “contactless table” has been implemented in the main lobby entrance to assist with low touch delivery exchanges. No delivery personnel will be allowed beyond the building lobby.
  • Cleaning of individual apartments remains a tenant responsibility. Additional cleaning resources are available upon request.
  • When using the elevator, please be mindful of social distancing and wait for the next car if a maximum safe occupancy has already been reached.


We ask that all residents and members of their household quarantine in their unit should they experience symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone they suspect to have had COVID-19 in the previous 14 days. If you need assistance, please alert building management.
